Nemco 6245 Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven, 208/240v

The Nemco 6245 half-size convection oven has two cooking options: convection only or convection using humidity/steam. The steam settings can be adjusted from 10 to 100 percent, and using manual controls, users can set the temperature between 200 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The cooking times can be used infinitely or programmed as long as 9 hours and 59 minutes, and when they're programmed, the system will preheat automatically.

For uniform cooking, the Nemco 6245 single electric convection oven has a reversing motor. The inspection door streamlines cleaning, and a recessed gasket ensures the door is shut tight to lower the amount of energy used. This oven has room for four half-size pans of food, and because it's a countertop unit, it doesn’t take up much kitchen space. Providing the needed durability for high-volume use, it's made of stainless steel.
