Nemco 6230 Half-Size Countertop Convection Oven, 208/240v

The Nemco 6230 half-size convection oven has eight cooking configurations as well as a broil feature. It's operated with manual controls, and the cooking time can be adjusted to an infinite level or for as long as 2 hours. For versatility, it operates at a temperature range of 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This half-size unit accommodates three half-size food pans and fits on a countertop to reduce its footprint.

Preventing food from burning, users can monitor the process through the Nemco 6230 single electric convection oven's inspection door. It has a recessed gasket that keeps warm air from escaping to reduce the amount of energy used. Made of stainless steel, the cooking chamber and exterior of this unit are durable and rust resistant.
