Because it doesn't require refrigerant, it's a more environmentally friendly option than conventional systems. Staff can monitor temperature on the digital thermometer, which provides temperature readouts in Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Compact enough to fit most countertops, the Nemco 9020 condiment chiller measures 14³⁄₄ inches wide by 10¹⁄₄ inches deep by 11⁵⁄₈ inches high.
