The Nemco 6900-208-GF PaniniPro™ commercial panini press combines microwave and conduction technology to crisp bread and heat protein at the same time. For durability, its heavy-duty body is made of stainless steel, which can be wiped down for cleaning. To create grill marks, the top plate is grooved while the bottom is smooth, and each can be independently set to temperatures 500 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Its heating surface can accommodate as many as four standard-sized Texas toast sandwiches, and plate-to-food contact with sandwiches of various thicknesses is ensured because of its spring-loaded upper plate. A nonstick coating on all food-contact surfaces streamlines sandwich handling and daily cleanup. Because this unit has a digital display and eight customizable buttons, it keeps both day-to-day operation and the training of new employees efficient.
