Once operators preset temperatures on the Nemco 6510A-2D7 double-well merchandiser's two thermostatic controls, the band heaters will preheat to these temperatures within 16 minutes. This unit's heating elements distribute temperatures evenly to reduce the risk of hot or cold spots that could affect product quality. Each well accommodates a 7-quart inset, which is sold separately.

To garner customer attention, the Nemco 6510A-2D7 soup warmer features a graphic header and base with images of soup and vegetables. It includes an assortment of interchangeable tab cards with 50 popular soup options that can be displayed on the header. This 24¹⁄₂-inch-wide by 12-inch-deep by 21⁵⁄₈-inch-high merchandiser can be placed on a countertop for self-service applications. To preserve their original look throughout daily use, the stainless steel wells resists corrosion, rust, and wear.
