For attractive merchandising on countertops and point-of-sale areas, transparent tempered glass encases the Nemco 6480-30-B dual-shelf merchandiser, while shatterproof bulbs highlight displayed contents. Operators can organize various foods with the adjustable divider rods to elevate product presentation and distinguish different flavors. Although this unit grabs attention, its black powder-coated stainless steel exterior also blends in with common decorative themes in gas stations, supermarkets, delis, recreational centers, and concession stands. Its compact, 30-inch-wide by 191⁄2-inch-deep by 24-inch-high design can be implemented on countertops.
Both shelves in the Nemco 6480-30-B merchandiser are horizontal to support a wide product range, from burritos to pastries, and they're heated with foil rope elements and top-mounted strip heaters to maintain safe serving temperatures. Each shelf has a correlating thermostat, so foods with different holding requirements can be displayed in the same unit. For medium-traffic businesses, this system can hold as many as (48) 4-inch-diameter sandwiches.
