Nemco 6405 Description
Maintaining foods at oven-fresh quality, this Nemco 6405 heated cabinet holds foods at temperatures between 145 and 187 degrees Fahrenheit. A glowing service light notifies the operator when its door is opened, reducing the risk of accidental temperature decrease. Its door seals to its original position when closed to minimize heat loss. To accommodate spatial constraints, its opening direction can be reversed. For easy operation, users can simply turn the unit on and off with the rocker switch.
Versatile to accommodate front-of-house or back-of-house applications, the Nemco 6405 countertop heated holding cabinet features a stainless steel cabinet construction and tempered glass window that provides product visibility and resists scratches. Equipped with five heat-tolerant stainless steel wire racks, this cabinet is engineered to accommodate 18-inch boxed pizzas. To suit applications with changing inventory, the racks can be raised or lowered within the cabinet. Overall, this unit measures 221⁄8 inches wide by 247⁄8 inches deep by 227⁄8 inches high for countertop installation.
