For dual holding applications, the Nemco 6120A-ICL-220 countertop warmer features twin wells—each designed to accommodate 4 quarts of soup, sauce, topping, or gravy. This 181⁄2-inch-wide by 10-inch-deep by 97⁄8-inch-high unit can fit on compact countertops and features a resilient, pit-, stain-, corrosion-, and rust-resistant stainless steel construction, suiting self-service or back-of-house applications. To protect contents from airborne contaminants and secure the included ladles in place, these wells come with lift-off covers.
The Nemco 6120A-ICL-220 countertop soup warmer's tubular coiled heating elements are attached to aluminum heat dissipation plates for even temperature distribution. As menus change, operators can adjust each well's temperatures with the correlating thermostatic control. By providing simple low, medium, and high settings, this unit eliminates specifics to streamline operation. Its heating elements preheat quickly, while the thermostats can reach temperatures as hot as 212 degrees Fahrenheit.
