With bottom-mounted tubular heating coils and an aluminum dissipator plate, the Nemco 6110A-ICL-220 soup warmer evenly distributes heat throughout the warmer to prevent extreme temperatures spots. It can be manually adjusted as the unit's contents are restocked or depleted using a simple thermostat knob with low-, medium-, and high-heat settings. To promote user safety, this appliance will not exceed 212 degrees Fahrenheit and requires wet operation to properly function.
