The Nemco 6103A-220 soup warmer uses wet operation to enable consistent heating and deter concentrated hot spots. With tubular heating coils mounted to an aluminum dissipator plate, this high-wattage appliance quickly rises as high as 212 degrees Fahrenheit and can be adjusted using its front-facing thermostat. For optimal thermal control, this unit features three heat settings to increase or decrease the temperature as desired.
