Doregrill MAG INOX 58/6 Description
Built for high-volume poultry roasting, the Doregrill MAG INOX 58/6 gas rotisserie oven can prepare 30 to 36 whole chickens per hour. It comes with six depth-adjustable Simplifil® spits, each powered by an independent motor to accommodate various roasting needs. The unit’s two tempered glass doors, framed in stainless steel, help maintain interior heat while offering clear visibility of the cooking process. Its all-stainless steel construction ensures long-term durability, while smooth interior corners simplify cleaning by reducing residue buildup. A bottom drip pan with a drain plug streamlines grease collection and disposal.
Designed for adaptability, the Doregrill MAG INOX 58/6 is compatible with both LP and natural gas. It relies on manual pilot ignition and three burners to generate consistent, even heat. Operators can fine-tune cooking performance using solid-state controls, while the heat-resistant spindle handle enhances safety during operation. To maintain proper ventilation, a grease-type hood installation is required, and at least 6 inches of clearance should be provided at the sides and rear.
