The Doregrill MAG 58/4 GAS rotisserie oven is built for high-volume roasting, capable of cooking 24 to 28 whole chickens in under an hour. This unit features four adjustable prong-less spits, each powered by an independent motor to ensure even rotation for uniform cooking. Designed with a black enameled exterior and stainless steel trim, it provides both durability and a professional appearance. The enameled porcelain interior resists corrosion and simplifies cleaning, while two tempered glass doors offer clear visibility throughout the roasting process.
The Doregrill MAG 58/4 GAS rotisserie unit is equipped with four radiant burners, each housed behind removable enameled panels for easy maintenance. Solid-state controls allow for precise temperature adjustments, while self-igniting pilots streamline operation. A bottom drip pan with a drain plug efficiently collects grease, reducing cleanup time. The roof-mounted lighted rotisserie sign enhances product presentation, making this unit ideal for front-of-house use. For mobility and stability, the included frame stand features four casters, two of which lock.
