Doregrill MAG 40/6 GAS Description
The Doregrill MAG 40/6 GAS rotisserie oven is designed for high-volume cooking, capable of preparing (24) 3-pound or (30) 2-pound chickens in less than an hour. It features six adjustable, prong-less spits, each powered by an individual motor to ensure consistent rotation and even roasting. Constructed with a durable stainless steel exterior accented with black enamel trim, it includes two tempered glass doors that provide clear visibility. A top-mounted rotisserie sign enhances merchandising, making it ideal for front-of-house display.
Designed for efficient operation, the Doregrill MAG 40/6 GAS rotisserie oven's self-contained system features individual burners with a porcelain enamel finish, manual pilot ignition, and removable back and burner panels for streamlined maintenance. A bottom drip drain with a built-in drain valve collects excess grease, and for safe operation, this unit requires a grease-type hood (not included).
