Doregrill MAG 40/4 S GAS Description
The Doregrill MAG 40/4 S GAS rotisserie oven is designed to accommodate high-volume cooking operations, efficiently roasting (12) 3-pound to (16) 2-pound chickens in less than an hour. It features four adjustable spits powered by individual motors, ensuring even cooking across all items. A durable stainless steel construction provides longevity, while its glass-ceramic protected quartz lighting enhances visibility during operation. The unit includes a splash guard over the heating elements.
Equipped with three powerful burners, the Doregrill MAG 40/4 S GAS rotisserie oven ensures precise heat distribution. The two tempered glass doors provide an unobstructed view of the cooking chamber, while removable panels facilitate thorough cleaning. A bottom drip pan with a drain valve captures excess grease for efficient disposal. For safe operation, the unit requires a grease-type hood (sold separately) and must maintain a 6-inch clearance on the right, left, and rear sides. Mounted on a sturdy stand with four casters, including front brakes, this unit offers mobility for flexible kitchen arrangements.
