The Robot Coupe R301U combination food processor has a durable polycarbonate bowl with a handle to facilitate lifting and carrying. It has a capacity of 3.7 liters, while a continuous feed kit enables safe ingredient loading into the bowl. This unit comes with two hoppers—a kidney shaped hopper and a cylindrical hopper—and a switch turns the food processor on and off and controls the pulse function.

Useful for grating and slicing, the Robot Coupe R301U food processor comes with a 2-millimeter and 4-millimeter disc. It operates at 1,725 RPM with a single speed and comes with one "S" blade to cut ingredients. To reduce the risk of injury, this unit comes with a magnetic safety and motor break.
