The Robot Coupe MMP190VVCOMBI mini power mixer saves operators from employing large stand mixers, enabling them to mix product without transferring it between vessels. This tool lowers the number of dishes that must be washed after meal prep because food can be blended in the vessel where it's being cooked. The power mixer is designed with a blade at the end of its metal tube, and whisks can be connected to the ends to broaden the tool's uses; this configuration differs from that of regular blenders, which are constructed with blades at the base of the bowl. Operators can place the power mixer into ingredients for blending, while they must transfer ingredients manually when blending in standard mixers.

Constructed with a compact design that facilitates handling, the Robot Coupe MMP190VVCOMBI commercial power mixer efficiently blends ingredients to achieve a smooth, uniform finish. This tool's 12,500-RPM mixer and 1,500-RPM whisk streamline light food blending.
