Robot Coupe CMP250VV Hand Held Compact Power Mixer w/ 16 qt Capacity & 10" Shaft

Providing optimum efficiency for puréeing fruits and vegetables, the Robot Coupe CMP250VV handheld compact power mixer has various speeds that self-regulate between 5,000 and 10,000 rotations per minute. This immersion blender is made of stainless steel with watertight air vents in the top of the motor, and the bell and the blades are removable from the foot for sanitation and cleaning—an included tool detaches the blades safely. For storage, this unit comes with a wall-mounted holder to keep the mixer handy when not in use.
