"Bought it for my cabin in the mountains early summer of '14. Only used it occasionally when we were there. This summer ('15) it started not turning off properly (made noises and had to pull the plug to get it to turn off). After a couple more uses, it failed altogether. Fan wouldn't come on, a total waste of money"
  • UNIT IS A JOKE

"i live in an area that is low on humidity and high in heat. had the unit for one day and i have to say that it is the most expensive fan on the market. i am a skeptical person. i tested the unit in a 10x10 room with the window slightly open and the door cracked. it took the unit one hour to drop the room temp one degree. after that the ice packs had already melted. and the room was a warm and now very humid environment. in order to continue with cold air Pros id have to say the unit is no louder than a fan, because thats all it is. Cons... the list is endless. this unit will be going back immediately."
