Adcraft SL-9 Description
The Adcraft SL-9 deli slicer measures 171/2 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 153/4 inches high and rests on a series of nonslip rubber-padded feet, ensuring operators can slice meats and cheeses on a countertop without the unit sliding around during use. Using a manual gravity feed design, its body is constructed of high-quality aluminum to create a durable design that resists corrosion and is simple to wipe clean after use. To ensure food particles don't get trapped within its body, its carriage is fully removable.
Utilizing an Italian carbon steel construction, the Adcraft SL-9 meat slicer’s blade measures nine inches in diameter. It has a cut capacity of 6 inches long by 5 inches wide and has an adjusting knob on its front that allows operators to change the width of sliced products between 1/16 to 5/8 of an inch. To maintain blade quality, the unit contains a built-in sharpener.
