To expedite thorough cleaning, the Adcraft SL-12L SL series slicer's carriage is removable. It's mounted on nonslip rubber feet to keep the unit securely in place during use. Made of Italian carbon steel, its 12-inch-diameter blade resists rusting and remains sharp over time. This unit is equipped with a built-in sharpener for convenience.
