The MoTak FG24 electric griddle features two thermostatic knobs that correspond to the two elements under the 3/8-inch steel plate. Overall, the cooking surface measures 151/2 inches long by 24 inches wide. A 3-inch splashguard wraps around three sides of the unit to reduce splatter and help retain heat. The removable grease tray beside the controls eases cleaning. For durability and corrosion resistance, this unit is made of heavy-duty stainless steel
