The Lakeside 6540 ambient meal delivery cart is suitable for storing and transporting as many as 13 full sheet pans of food temporarily. This is useful in prisons, hospitals, care facilities, or anywhere food is prepared at a distance from where it's served. Because it's made of durable stainless steel with a reinforced, tubular frame, this cart withstands heavy use and is resistant to bending and rusting.
This Lakeside 6540 meal delivery cart doesn't require electricity or batteries to operate, reducing costs. Once loaded, casters beneath the unit enable users to maneuver the cart from place to place without lifting or causing back strain. For thorough cleaning, the doors can be lifted off the hinges and the adjustable rack supports are removable. Recessed hand grips on the doors let users open and close the doors to access the cabinet's interior, while the magnetic handle holds the door open during loading and unloading.
