Lakeside 311A Description
To reduce cross-contamination risk when transporting dirty dishes or prepared foods, this Lakeside 311A 3 shelf trolley on wheels features purple bumpers on its handle and front legs, identifying it as storage for allergen-friendly products. These components also protect walls and furniture from becoming scuffed when the cart is moved. The cart's rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel frame is simple to wipe clean between uses to ensure contents are stored properly. Its angled legs are welded for additional strength and are fitted with four 31⁄2-inch swivel casters that can turn and reverse. Its handle enables operators to steer the unit with full control.
The Lakeside 311A light-duty utility cart's three 24-inch by 151⁄2-inch shelves are spaced 113⁄4 inches apart, providing ample space for larger products as stock is rotated. A reinforced, hemmed front built onto the shelves adds strength, while raised ledges contain spills and secure products in place during transport. Sound-deadening panels built beneath the shelves minimize noise and vibrations that could cause stored contents to spill or topple. Together, these shelves can support 300 pounds.
