Lakeside 2085 VCHER 40 1/2" High Mobile Cooking Cart w/ 3 Induction Stove, Victorian Cherry

To add an upscale, decorative quality to interactive cooking setups, the Lakeside 2085 VCHER Creation Express™ mobile cooking station's exterior and doors are encased with a Victorian-cherry laminate. This brown hue attractively contrasts the unit's ceramic glass cooking surface and rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel top and sides. Great for multilocational use, its 48-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 40¹⁄₂-inch-tall body rests on 5-inch heavy-duty swivel casters with non-marking cushion treads; two of these casters feature brakes to ensure stability during use. Utensils and supplies can be stored in the unit's base, which includes a welded, 18-gauge stainless steel shelf and two hinged, high-density resin particle board doors.

Customers have a full view of the Lakeside 2085 VCHER cooking cart's three induction stoves. These components operate with electromagnetism to heat induction-ready cookware, eliminating potentially dangerous flames. Throughout cooking, the ceramic glass surface remains cool to the touch. To achieve various results, staff can adjust each stove's temperature from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the corresponding cooking controls. An LED power-level indicator showcases each stove's heat for convenient operational oversight. So smoke, grease, particulate, and other contaminants don't affect the ambient air, two downdraft air filtration units are built into the unit, featuring intake vents mounting to the back of the cooking surface. To ensure staff can access the filter units for maintenance, they're mounted on a pull-out glide mechanism.
