Lakeside 2085 RED Description
To create a safe, efficient cooking demo setup, the Lakeside 2085 RED mobile cooking cart is equipped with three induction stoves. By using electromagnetism, these stoves heat induction-ready pots and pans, eliminating flames during cooking and keeping its surface cool to the touch. Staff can adjust each stove's temperatures from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the cooking controls mounted above the doors, while LED power-level indicators provide corresponding readouts for each stove's heat. To maintain a clean ambient area, its two built-in downdraft air filtration units feature intake vents mounted to the back of the cooking surface. Each unit has a three-stage exhaust filtration system that eliminates grease and particulate, smoke and fine particles, and gas and odors. To ease maintenance, the filter units are mounted on pull-out glide mechanisms.
The Lakeside 2085 RED cooking station measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 401⁄2 inches high and is positioned on 5-inch, non-marking swivel casters to enable mobility as needed; two of the casters include brakes to secure the unit in place. For lasting durability and rust and corrosion resistance, its top is made of 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel, while its sides are 18-gauge stainless steel. Its stoves feature a ceramic glass cooking surface that's simple to wipe clean between uses. The unit's base is equipped with two hinged, high-density resin particle board doors, and inside the base, an 18-gauge stainless steel storage shelf is welded into the interior to accommodate condiments, spices, utensils, napkins, and other supplies. To tie into established themes or provide a pop of color, the exterior and doors are finished with a red laminate.
