Lakeside 2085 PURP 40 1/2" High Mobile Cooking Cart w/ 3 Induction Stove, Purple

Designed with a three-stage exhaust filtration system, the Lakeside 2085 PURP mobile cooking cart removes grease particulate, smoking, fine particles, gases, and odor. It has two built-in downdraft air filtration units to reduce cooking exhaust, and intake vents are mounted to the back of its cooking surface. These units are positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism for convenient filter access. Overall, this unit measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high.

For a pop of color that complements established color schemes, the Lakeside 2085 PURP cooking station's exterior laminate comes in purple. Its exterior, top, and interior shelf are constructed of stainless steel to prolong its service life during food demonstrations or in training centers and catered events. It has a ceramic glass cooking surface with three induction stoves that are flameless and cool to the touch to prevent user injuries. It includes two hinged doors made of high-density resin particle board and an interior shelf for convenient storage. For effortless transport, it sits on four 5-inch-diameter casters, two of which sport locks.
