Lakeside 2085 BLK 40 1/2" High Mobile Cooking Cart w/ 3 Induction Stove, Black

Designed with one interior shelf, the Lakeside 2085 BLK mobile cooking cart provides storage for utensils and dinnerware. While its top is made of 16-gauge, 304 stainless steel, its sides and interior shelf are made of 18-gauge stainless steel for lasting durability through high-volume use. Its two hinged doors are made of high-density resin particle board and are laminated with a black exterior. Its three induction heat stoves are cool to the touch and flameless for safe use and feature a ceramic glass cooking surface that can simply be wiped clean.

For simple operation, the Lakeside 2085 BLK mobile cooking station has its cooking controls mounted above its cabinet doors. Simple-to-read LED power-level indicators provide a readout of each stove' heat, while its controls let operators adjust cooking and holding functions. It's placed on 5-inch-diameter polyurethane swivel casters for transportation, and two of these casters include brakes to lock the unit in place during use. Its filtration system has three stages within its exhaust filtration system and two built-in downdraft air filtration units to eliminate cooking exhaust. Overall, this piece measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high.
