Lakeside 2080 PURP Description
Designed with three induction burners, the Lakeside 2080 PURP mobile cooking station reduces the risk of operator injuries with its flameless, cool-to-the-touch design. It has cooking controls mounted above the cabinet doors to simplify cooking and holding adjustments. For durability, its exterior, sides, and top are constructed of stainless steel, while its hinged cabinet doors have a high-density resin particle board construction.
For a bold addition to hotels, banquet halls, and catered venues, the Lakeside 2080 PURP mobile cooking cart is laminated purple. It sits on 5-inch-diameter polyurethane swivel casters, two of which have brakes for stationary use. Overall, this cart measures 48 inches wide by 22 inches deep by 351/2 inches tall and doesn't include a filtration unit.
