Lakeside 2080 BGESUE Description
To simultaneously cook multiple dishes, the Lakeside 2080 BGESUE Creation Express™ mobile cooking cart is equipped with three induction stoves on its ceramic glass cooking surface. Instead of using flames, these stoves use electromagnetism to heat induction-ready cookware, ensuring the cooktop remains cool to the touch during cooking for user safety. Staff can set each stove's temperature between 90 and 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the cooking controls, while the LED power-level indicators display each stove's heat levels.
For a sleek, upscale presence in dining halls, cafeterias, or healthcare facilities, the Lakeside 2080 BGESUE cooking station sports a beige-suede laminate exterior. While its top and sides are made of durable, rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, its doors are high-density resin particleboard. Utensils, condiments, napkins, or dinnerware can be stored on the base's 18-gauge stainless steel shelf. To ease transport, this 48-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 351⁄2-inch-tall unit is fitted with 4-inch swivel casters featuring non-marking tires to protect flooring from scuffs. To secure the unit in place during use, two of these casters include brakes.
