Its 34-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 41-inch-tall body creates a comfortable working height, and because it's positioned on 5-inch swivel casters, it's simple to wheel to other areas as needed. The casters' non-marking tires protect floors from scuffs and scrapes, and two casters include brakes for stabilization. To endure high-volume use, its top and sides are made of durable, rust- and corrosion resistant stainless steel. Its exterior and doors are finished with a royal-blue laminate that can be incorporated into brand color schemes, and for convenient storage, its base includes an 18-gauge stainless steel shelf and two high-density resin particle board doors.

The Lakeside 2075 ROYBL mobile cooking station's two induction stoves use electromagnetism to heat induction-ready cookware, eliminating dangerous flames during cooking. Staff can adjust stove temperatures from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with side-mounted cooking controls, while LED power-level indicators display the stoves' heat. To maintain clean ambient air in banquet halls, hotels, or cafeterias, it includes one built-in downdraft air filtration unit that eliminates cooking exhaust. Its three-stage exhaust filtration system removes grease/particulate, smoke/fine particles, and gas/odors. Because it's positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism, the filter is accessible for maintenance.
