The Lakeside 2075 PURP Creation Express™ mobile cooking cart's two induction stoves use electromagnetism to transfer heat through induction-ready cookware, creating a safe and efficient flameless cooking station. These stoves remain cool to the touch throughout use, and their ceramic glass surface can simply be wiped clean between uses. As cooking requirements change, staff can adjust temperatures from 90 to 440 degrees Fahrenheit with the LED cooking controls, while LED power-level indicators let staff monitor the stoves' heat. To eliminate grease, particulates, smoke, fine particles, gas, and odors during cooking, its built-in downdraft air-filtration unit removes grease, particulates, smoke, fine particles, gas, and odors from cooking exhaust. While the intake vents are mounted to the back of the cooking surface, the filtration unit is positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism for filter maintenance.

Great for dining halls, healthcare facilities, or catering events, the Lakeside 2075 PURP cooking station creates an interactive cooking setup to enhance customer and employee interactions while attracting potential customers. Its 34-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 41-inch-tall body establishes a comfortable working height, and it boasts an open design for visibility of the cooking process. While its top is made of 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, its sides are made of 18-gauge stainless steel; both metals resist rust and corrosion and provide ample durability to withstand high-volume use. To match established color schemes, its exterior is finished with a purple laminate. Ingredients, condiments, silverware, or dinnerware can be stored on the 18-gauge stainless steel interior shelf located in the unit's base. Two hinged, resin particle board doors with a laminate finish conceal the base's interior for a clean appearance. So staff can transport the cart, it's positioned on 5-inch all-swivel casters with non-marking tires—two of the casters include brakes for stability during use.
