Lakeside 2075 HRMAP 40 1/2" High Mobile Cooking Cart w/ 2 Induction Stove, Hard Rock Maple

Because the Lakeside 2075 HRMAP Creation Express™ cooking cart is equipped with two induction stoves, it's more efficient and safer than standard cooking methods. This type of stove relies on electromagnetic and induction-ready cookware to initiate heating; it eliminates flame-based cooking and remains cool to the touch to enhance user safety. Staff can adjust cooking levels with the LED control panel positioned on the unit's sides. To maintain a clean ambient cooking area, its downdraft filtration system features a three-stage exhaust filtration system to collect grease, particulates, smoke, fine particles, gas, and odors. So staff can perform filter maintenance, this unit is positioned on a pull-out glide mechanism.

Because it's positioned on 5-inch heavy-duty casters, the Lakeside 2075 HRMAP cooking station can be transported to various locations in cafeterias, dining halls, hotels, or grocery stores. Two of these casters include brakes for stabilization when the cart's in use, and to protect the floor from scuffs and scrapes, they won't leave marks. This 34-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep by 41-inch-tall unit is built with a stainless steel top and sides for lasting rust and corrosion resistance and resiliency. Its solid front and side panels are decorated with a hard-rock maple hue to match established decorative themes. Condiments, ingredients, napkins, silverware, and other supplies can be stored on the base's welded stainless steel shelf, and to conceal the base's interior, the base is enclosed with two high-density resin particle board doors.
