Beverage-Air SPED48HC-18M-2 Description
The Beverage-Air SPED48HC-18M-2 prep table has a large countertop opening to hold 18 sixth-size, 4-inch-deep pans. Ingredients from the pan can be prepared on the 10-inch-deep cutting board, and since it is removable, the board is easy to clean. Its two pull-out drawers can be used for additional storage space. The stainless steel frames are supported by telescoping slides, and these slides have a locking mechanism that prevents the drawers from being pulled out of the cabinet.
The door compartment has two steel wire shelves with a corrosion-resistant epoxy coating. The self-closing door can also stay open past 120 degrees, enabling you to load and unload with ease. The Beverage-Air SPED48HC-18M-2 prep table has a rear-mounted refrigeration system that is easy to access for service.
