Great for delis and salad stations, the Beverage Air SPE60HC-16-CL refrigerated prep table's top section can accommodate 16 sixth-size polycarbonate food pans. Its interior measures 56 inches wide by 15³/₈ inches deep by 17³⁄₄ inches high, with an interior capacity of 16.02 cubic feet. The base is split into two sections fitting two epoxy-coated shelves per compartment, and for optimal corrosion resistance, it's lined with aluminum. These sections are enclosed with solid stainless steel doors, which are hung on cartridge-style hinges; the doors are field reversible to accommodate various layouts. To minimize cold escape, the doors are lined with snap-in gaskets, and when users are accessing the interior, these doors can prop open at a 120-degree angle. For a sleek appearance, the aluminum door handles are painted black.

For long-term durability, this refrigerated prep table's front, sides, top, doors, and grille are constructed of sturdy stainless steel, while the back and bottom are galvanized steel. To shield produce, deli meat, cheese, and other chilled ingredients, the top compartment is designed with a removable stainless steel hood. To optimize the workstation, this unit is designed with a 10-inch-wide polyethylene cutting board. So staff can move it for relocation or cleaning, the unit is mounted on 6-inch swivel casters, two of which lock for fixed placement. Overall, the unit measures 60 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 45 inches high.

The Beverage Air SPE60HC-16-CL prep table operates with R290 refrigerant to keep sandwich and salad ingredients cool. It features a self-contained condenser that's rear mounted for streamlined installation. Staff can adjust the temperatures between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using the electronic control system. To minimize frost buildup, this system is equipped with an automatic defrost setting, and to protect the evaporator coil from moisture, it's coated with epoxy. For energy conservation, this unit has a 1,549-BTU heat transfer capacity.
