To facilitate smooth transportation, the Beverage Air DPD46HC-3 pizza prep table is mounted on 3-inch casters. It has three drawers and a single section with two steel shelves. Because these shelves are coated with epoxy, they can withstand repeated exposure to moisture without corroding.

The Beverage Air DPD46HC-3 refrigerated prep table is constructed primarily of stainless steel, a durable material that can stand up to frequent use. It includes a refrigerated pan rail and cutting board made of sturdy polyethylene. Three drawers are included with this unit that has a capacity of 12 cubic feet.
