To ensure strength and corrosion resistance, the Beverage Air DPD119HC-6T pizza prep table features a grille, top, sides, and front made of durable stainless steel. It has field-reversible doors and includes six drawers, with magnetic gaskets effectively retaining cold air. For thorough cleaning, the polyethylene cutting board can be removed.

The Beverage Air DPD119HC-6T refrigerated prep table includes a refrigerated pan rail and cools using environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Because it’s mounted on casters, operators can comfortably transport the unit between locations, or simply move it out of the way for cleaning. Ideal for storing and prepping sandwich ingredients and pizzas, it has a temperature holding range of 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit.
