The Beverage Air BB72HC-1-F-G-PT-B bar back refrigerator is built with a pass-through design that speeds up the restocking process to help ensure FIFO compliancy and promote customer self-service from the front of the machine. Each side of the unit features three glass doors that enable viewers to see the contents of the case, and interior lighting draws attention to product offerings to promote sales. Adjustable steel shelves inside the unit are coated with epoxy to resist damage from moisture and buildup from food or drink residue; they can be repositioned to accommodate as many as three half-barrel kegs.

Forced-air cooling inside the Beverage Air BB72HC-1-F-G-PT-B back bar refrigerator maintains a set temperature between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit and provides quick recovery after doors are opened to add or remove product. Because this refrigerator is built with self-contained refrigeration, it requires less floor space than a remote compressor unit and doesn’t need complicated coolant lines.
