To ease cleanup, this Beverage Air BB72HC-1-B back bar cooler has a stainless steel floor that can be wiped clean. Its galvanized steel walls and ceiling are sturdy, and to prevent heat from creeping in, magnetic gaskets line the door frames. The condensing unit is self-contained and has automatic defrost cycles to streamline maintenance. Its temperature ranges from 36 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and users can adjust it with an electronic controller on the front.
