To keep contents fresh, the refrigeration system maintains a set temperature between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while its fans blow cold air through the interior and uniformly cool items.

This Beverage Air BB58HC-1-B back bar cooler has an insulated cabinet and solid doors to reduce strain on the refrigeration system. Its doors close themselves automatically, reducing the amount of heat that flows in, and seal shut with magnetic gaskets, reducing cold-air leaks. For convenience, these doors can stand open when stocking the interior, and the top stainless steel counter provides an area where bartenders can mix and garnish drinks. Locks on each door prevent tampering and theft.
