The storage shelves are made of steel and are coated in epoxy to bolster their strength. Its evaporator coil is epoxy coated as well, ensuring it can endure moist environments without corroding. To cool the cabinet quickly, the refrigeration system uses forced air and operates with eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Automatic defrost removes built-up ice to lessen the amount of maintenance needed.
