The refrigeration system in the Beverage Air BB36HC-1-G-B-27 bar refrigerator is self-contained to reduce cross-contamination and side mounted to streamline maintenance. Because it uses forced air, the cabinet cools quickly, keeping product at a temperature between 36 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, which is adjustable electronically. This unit cools with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and has an automatic defrost to remove ice from the cabinet. Its evaporator has an epoxy-coated coil to prevent corrosion.

This Beverage Air BB36HC-1-G-B-27 bar refrigerator has one door that seals tightly with a magnetic gasket. The door swings open to reveal a single section with two epoxy-coated, steel shelves to house product. Because the door is made of glass, users don't have to open it to see the cabinet's contents, and bright LED lights simplify locating specific items. When product runs low and must be restocked, the door can be propped open, but if it's only ajar, it shuts on its own to reduce energy loss.
