"Product is great !! But to send one back in to get recalibrated by Fluke its easier to purchase a new logger each year. I sent one in on June 2, said would be calibrated and returned by June 28,20018. I called over 8 times and representative said they would have someone call. As of today I am still waiting. Comark product is great, but Fluke calibrating one can not depend on. I use 2 in our operation and keep a spare on hand. Since they stay calibrated for a year."
