Giles WOG-MP-VH Description
The Giles WOG-MP-VH electric fryer features an integrated hood that eliminates the need for outdoor ventingāideal for settings that cannot accommodate conventional vent hoods. To clean the kitchen area's air, this system uses a three-stage air-cleaning system. Its stainless steel baffle filter removes grease from cooking vapors, then its electronic air cleaner (EAC) electrostatically captures fine grease particulate. Finally, its disposable charcoal filter minimizes cooking aromas in the recirculated air. Operators can monitor the cleaning status with the built-in hood filter's cleaning notification timer.
Great for frying seafood, chicken, vegetables, and french fries, this commercial electric fryer features a 70-pound-capacity square vat. Its two stainless steel Firebar heating elements efficiently heat oil and quickly recover temperatures to reduce the length of frying cycles; in 5 minutes, this unit can fry 10 pounds of french fries. To lengthen oil life, it includes an on-board oil filtration system with a 1⁄2-horsepower pump that can filter oil in 5 minutes with one efficient step. By simply turning the valve, operators can refill the vat with filtered oil. For streamlined operation, its intuitive computer controller provides programmable cooking presets for 50 different menu items as well as a cool mode, force-filter control, boil-out program, and password control. Its built-in fire suppression system, high-temperature limit, and drain-valve safety interlock reduce risk factors to enhance user safety.
To maximize kitchen space, this Giles WOG-MP-VH ventless fryer measures 241⁄8 inches wide by 337⁄16 inches deep by 885⁄8 inches high. Because it's positioned on 5-inch casters, it can be transported to different locations for cleaning or maintenance, and its two front casters lock to secure the fryer in place during use. Its 20-inch-wide by 19-inch-deep fry vat accommodates the two included 153⁄8-inch-wide by 71⁄4-inch-deep fry baskets, and to prevent overcooking, staff can monitor cook times with the dual basket timers. For streamlined operation, this unit includes a heat-resistant brush set, a product-stirring utensil, a waste-oil discharge hose, five sheets of filter paper, and a metal crumb scoop.
