Giles WOG-MP-VH Description
The Giles WOG-MP-VH gas fryer is designed for high-volume frying with a 70-lb. oil capacity and two stainless Firebar heating elements that ensure rapid temperature recovery. Its on-board oil filtration system includes a 5-minute filter cycle to maintain oil quality and reduce waste. A computer controller with 50 cooking presets and dual basket timers streamlines operation, while heavy-duty casters with front brakes provide mobility and stability.
Built for safety, the Giles WOG-MP-VH electric fryer features a ventless hood system with a stainless steel baffle filter, an electronic air cleaner, and a disposable charcoal filter. A built-in hood filter cleaning notification timer simplifies maintenance. Its self-contained Ansul® R-102 wet chemical fire suppression system includes piping, discharge nozzles, a stainless steel chemical tank, and an in-cabinet manual actuation pull. Accessories include two fry baskets, a variety of cleaning brushes, a stirring utensil, a crumb scoop, a waste oil discharge hose, and filter paper.
