Giles GBF-70M Description
For precise cooking control, the Giles GBF-70M fryer is equipped with a computer controller with a digital display, offering 50 cooking presets and four programmable cook cycles per basket. Dual timers help track cooking progress, and users can access alarm/error notifications directly through the display. Additional features include force filter control, low-oil detection, a cool mode, and a boil-out program. The fryer also includes stainless Firebar heating elements and comes with a heat-resistant brush set, a product stirring utensil, a waste oil discharge hose, and a metal crumb scoop for maintenance support.
The Giles GBF-70M freestanding electric fryer is constructed of stainless steel to provide durability in high-volume commercial kitchens. It features a 70-pound oil capacity and includes two fry baskets for batch frying. A built-in on-board oil filtration system with a stainless steel oil filter screen improves efficiency, while a high-temperature element safety control ensures secure operation.
