Cleveland TKET-3-T Description
For protection, the Cleveland TKET-3-T tilting kettle's heating elements are welded in with a splash-resistant cover to prevent damage. Its large-capacity pouring lip features a reinforced rolled rim for strength while the unit's stainless steel construction is durable for extensive use. To resist rust and corrosion, the unit's interior is lined with 316 stainless steel. Both kettles accommodate 3 gallons of product and operate using a two-thirds steam jacket for uniform heating. This unit is self-contained, so it works simply by plugging it in.
The Cleveland TKET-3-T steam kettle tilts using a self-locking tilting mechanism, facilitating product retrieval and reducing the risk of spills. Operators can use the 1-through-10 temperature dial to adjust the temperature within the range of 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. Its center support console also features LED lights that indicate if the heat is on and when water is running low. Because the kettles are filled permanently with distilled water, employees don't have to monitor them during use.
