Cleveland TKET-3-T Description
The Cleveland TKET-3-T tilting kettle includes a large pouring lip that's suitable for pouring lots of chunky chilis or pastas. Its pouring lip is built with a reinforced rim to protect it from wear and tear. This stainless steel unit is durable enough to withstand heavy use, and it doesn't rust or corrode over time. Each kettle has a 3-gallon capacity and operates with a two-thirds steam jacket to cook foods evenly each time. Because it's self-contained, this unit doesn't require an external boiler for use.
LED indicators on the Cleveland TKET-3-T steam kettle's center support console inform users of active heat cycles or low water levels. With its 1-through-10 temperature dial, users can adjust the heat from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit. It tilts using a self-locking mechanism to help operators retrieve product. For easy use, the pressure gauge and relief valve are rear mounted and simple to read.
