The Cleveland MKGL80T steam kettle is powered by natural gas and has a total output of 190,000 BTUs. Its faucet can produce hot or cold water, and the kettle has a steam jacket that's filled 2⁄3 of the way with treated distilled water; this design provides even heat for cooking soups, stews, and chilis.
