Cleveland MKET12T Description
For uniform heating, the Cleveland MKET12T table mixer steam kettle uses a two-third steam jacket that encases the unit. Though it's filled with treated water, it doesn't require venting or refilling. Its agitator and scraper mix product evenly and remove buildup from the kettle's interior, reducing the risk of cold spots. Accommodating various product consistencies, the agitator's speed can be adjusted between 0 and 210 rotations per minute while the scraper's speed is modifiable between a range of 0 and 70 rotations per minute. After product is mixed and heated, the unit maintains temperature with solid-state temperature controls.
This Cleveland MKET12T steam mixer kettle is equipped with safety mechanisms that prevent high-speed starts and continuous mixing when the bridge, safety cover, or screen are raised. Simplifying pouring, this unit features a manual-tilt design. For a long service life, the interior is lined with stainless steel that protects against damage from acidic products, while the exterior's stainless steel construction resists corrosion. Measuring 28 inches wide by 311⁄2 inches deep by 413⁄4 inches high, this countertop kettle has a 12-gallon working capacity.
