Cleveland KET-12-TGB Description
Being a countertop model, the Cleveland KET12TGB steam kettle measures 271⁄2 inches wide by 20 inches deep by 247⁄8 inches high and has a 12-gallon capacity. Because it's self-contained, it only needs to be hooked up to an electrical supply for use; it's permanently filled with treated water to eliminate the need for refilling or venting. This unit tilts manually to expel product and features a self-locking marine-type mechanism. To reduce spills, it's designed with a high-capacity pouring lip and an anti-drip notch.
For durability to endure rigorous use, the Cleveland KET12TGB tilting kettle is made of rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel that's easy to wipe clean. It features a reinforced rolled rim for additional strength and its heating elements are welded in to create an effective vacuum and prevent leaking. Operators can adjust the temperature from 145 to 260 degrees Fahrenheit using a temperature dial on the control panel, which also includes a power switch and LED heat cycle and low-water indicators. To prohibit tampering, its pressure gauge and pressure relief valve are rear mounted.
